This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2

to re-issue the mark sheets with corrections of his surname as per the new Birth Certificate of the petitioner based on the representation dated 25.04.2024 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

This Court, w ithout expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, d irects the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
