The present petition is filed with a blanket prayer to provide facilities like roads, drinking water, sewerage system, primary health centre, livestock care, schools and burial ground for Nagappagoundanur Village.

Though claims are made, we do not get the details as to how the drinking water facility has not been provided or from where the villagers are getting the drinking water and other facilities. In absence of the above, no specific orders can be passed. The petitioner has approached the authorities concerned. The authority may consider the grievance of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy.

The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
