PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to not implement the punishment given in the order u/s.21B(3) dated 19.05.2023 till the stay petition is heard and disposed by the 3 rd respondent.
