The present matter is moved for “being mentioned”.
Heard Mr.S.Muralidharan, party-inperson.
The party-in-person submits that in the order dated 05.02.2024 made in W.P.No.15238 of 2021, the date of the guideline is mentioned as 24.11.2022, however, there is no such date of the guidelines. The said guidelines bears a signature and below the signature, the date is mentioned as 20.10.2021.
In view of that, in paragraph 3 of the order dated 05.02.2024, instead of the date 24.11.2022, the same shall be corrected as 20.10.2021. Registry shall carryout the necessary correction and the corrected copy of the said order shall be issued accordingly.
