to consider the petitioner's application dated 09.09.2017.
viz ., Ilayakannu, Kaliammal under UDR Scheme, in respect of his land in S.No.55/1, an extent of 87 cents. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner filed W.P.No.30941 of 2018 and this Court, by order dated 23.11.2018, directed the respondents therein to consider the petitioner's
application. Pursuant to the same, enquiry was also conducted on 13.02.2023. Thereafter, no steps has been taken. Hence, the present writ
petition.
