Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the third respondent in his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.1076/A5/2020 dated 07.05.2021, quash the same and issue direction to the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner from January 2020 onwards and within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court.
