Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2021 and refund the amount of Rs.2,07,010/- (Rupees two lakhs, seven thousand and ten only) for the excess 22 cents as misrepresented by the respondent along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of sale of the above mentioned lands till the present date and to pay compensation to the tune of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only) for the mental agony and extreme hardship caused to the petitioner and his family.
