2.This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and fix the salary of the petitioner on par with the post of the Web Offset Machine Technician.

would submit that the 1st respondent will consider the said proposal and take a decision in accordance with the law within such time as may be specified by this Court.

(i) The 1st respondent shall consider the proposal dated 28.12.2017 bearing reference No.25951/A1/2016 and take a decision thereon in accordance with the law on merits within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(ii) No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed, if any.
