Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the sixth respondent in Lr.No.648/DCIAO/CAP/NCTPS/Stage1/2016/D.No.220, dated 29.08.2016, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction and pay addition pay to all Class-I and Class-II officers, including the second petitioner, who were given full additional charge already and who are going to be given full additional charge in future, in NCTPS-1, NCTPS-2, MTPS-1 and MTPS-2, together with interest, award costs and thus render justice.
