It is respectfully submitted that based on the Land Plan Schedule, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharapuram may fix the rate for the land as per the current rules and regulations and send the proposal to the government for the allocation of the fund. After the allocation of the fund from the government, the prayer of the petitioner will be resolved.”

Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
