Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Sale Notice issued by the respondent herein in his proceedings in CIN No. U65110TN1921PLC001908 dated 26.09.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbearing the respondent form in any manner interfering with petitioner peaceful possession and enjoyment of petitioner property and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
