This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to sit for Environmental Studies and Disaster Management Examination in the (2023 batch) third mid semester to be commenced on 17.12.2024.

I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am of

the considered view that the petitioner should be permitted to write the Environmental Studies and Disaster Management Examination in the (2023 batch)
