This Court vide order dated 15.09.2023 disposed of the writ petition
by directing the third respondent to take appropriate action pursuant to the notice dated 31.08.2023 by way of enforcement as against the unauthorised construction put up by the 5th respondent/the petitioner herein. After the disposal of the writ petition, it appears that official respondents have sealed the premises by issuing notice to the petitioner who is the 5th respondent in the writ petition. Now, the petitioner has come by way of this petition to direct the respondents to remove/de-seal the lock and seal put up by the 4th respondent in the building bearing Door No.8, Napalaya Street, Villupuram district to enable him to take articles and materials which are inside the said building within the time prescribed by this Court.
