This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to recall and modify the order made in W.P.No.4349 of 2021 dated 28.11.2023.
2 . The only point on which the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to recall this order is that, he has stated in the grounds of the petition that similarly placed persons have been given with identity cards but for the petitioner alone the privilege is not extended. It is further submitted that the
counsel was absent on the day when the order was passed and hence, the above point could not be made before the court.
3 . This Court has passed an order only after considering the
grounds, especially the ground on which the learned counsel for the petitioner now wanted to submit. In para nos.4 and 5, the above point has been clearly dealt and then only the orders have been passed. Hence, I find no ground for recalling this order. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition
is dismissed.
