This petition has been filed to implead the
proposed 5th respondent as the 5th respondent in the above writ petition in W.P.No.36640 of 2024.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.
3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed.
4.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
