This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

- Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned proceedings passed by the third respondent dated 05.11.2024 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.A2/4107/2024' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

- Ms.N.Lavanya, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

- Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned order is not readily available with the petitioner at the time of filing of the writ petition but a photo copy of the impugned order is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP.
