This petition is filed to amend the prayer as to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus quashing the order dated 06.09.2024 passed by the 1st respondent and amend the prayer by directing the respondents to permit leave for 45 days without escort to the petitioner.
2.In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands ordered.
