This petition is filed seeking to amend the village name of the third respondent/Village Administrative Officer in the affidavit, petitioner and the order dated 05.06.2024 in the above writ petition by incorporating Kelapuliyur South Village instead of Periyavenmani (West).
- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to typographical error, the above error has been crept in. Hence, seeks this Court for the above relief.
- Considering the fact that it is only a clerical error and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered accordingly.
