These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to clarify the order passed in W.P.Nos.10180 & 14240 of 2018, dated 01.03.2023.
2.The only clarification which could be granted is Para No.43 (i), wherein
the correction should be from 'external assessments' to 'internal assessments'.
3.The learned counsel for the respondent is present and stated that they
would conduct special external examination for the writ petitioner with the same syllabus as the petitioner has undergone the course.
4.No further clarification is required.
5.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the
order and issue fresh order copy.
