This petition has been filed to amend the prayer of the writ petition as '' For the foregoing reasons, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, particularly in the nature of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned letter No.E Mi Po/Kariya/Ko Pothu/Vi 149/2021 dated 19.10.2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to process the petitioner's application No.151 09 18 368 TF-VI, 054/19-20 and grant Electricity Service Connection to his lands in S.F.No.576/1A (576/1A1) situate at Karagoundenpalayam Village, Annur Taluk, Tiruppur District within a stipulated period and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice'' instead of ''For the foregoing reasons, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, particularly in the nature of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned letter No.E Mi Po/Kariya/Ko Pothu/Vi 149/2021 dated 19.10.2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to
