Challenge is made to the order of the writ Court dated 10.08.2023 in WP(MD) No.10095/2023.
seeking for appointment on compassionate basis in WP(MD) No. 84/2013, the learned single Judge, in his order dated 18.03.2015, had considered the objections raised by the petitioner that he had made an

application belatedly after three years and justified it saying that such a claim is maintainable, since such application is made after he became major and remanded back the matter to the authorities, the consequential rejection on the very same ground that the writ petitioner was a minor at the time of the death of the employee and had apparently made an application, cannot be legally sustained. In the light of this, the order of the learned Single Judge in WP(MD) No.10095/2023 cannot be found fault with.

learned Single Judge had also become final and therefore, it is not now
open to the Government to once again reopen the same ground either
before the learned Single Judge or before us.
Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
