We have heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the appellants; and, Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2.
months the appellants/original writ petitioners have approached this Court. The original writ petitioners are entitled for return of five sovereigns. The said aspect is not considered on merits by the learned Single Judge.

representation was submitted by the original writ petitioners and, immediately, the original writ petitioners rushed to the Court seeking directions to dispose of the representation. The learned Single Judge further observed that the writ petitions are premature, as the representation has been given recently.
petitioners submits that the said representation is not yet decided. In case, the said representation of the original writ petitioners is not yet decided, the same shall be decided by the respondents within a period of three months from today.
There shall be no order as to costs.
