Now the petitioner is living with her parents at Trichy. Since the petitioner is not a earning member, she has to take care of her child and since she is a dependant of her parents, she finds it very difficult to attend the Court proceedings at Thanjavur, along with her child and to
travel from Trichy to Thanjavur. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition came to be filed seeking transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.361 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur, to the Family Court, Trichy, to be tried along with the proceedings pending in M.C.No.32 of 2023 before the Family Court, Trichy.
