No.95 of 2007, dated 30.04.2009, on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Cuddalore.
3. Already, this Court , by an order dated 14.12.2022 dismissed the Second Appeal as against the second respondent.
4. So far the first respondent is concerned, no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives of the first respondent in the Second Appeal within the time. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed
