ORDER
This Review Application has been filed to review the order passed
by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.11055 of 2024, dated 03.06.2024.
2 . The only ground on which the petitioners intend to maintain the
review petition is that the order of the permanent authority / Assistant Commissioner of Labour has been stayed, but, that has not been properly informed to this Court. But so far this respondent is concerned, his status of permanency is pending for orders before the permanent authority. Before setting a disposal of the above matter, the petitioners ought not to have relieved the respondent from service. That is the primary finding on which the above said writ petition has been allowed. Hence, I do not find any ground to review the writ petition.
3 . In view of the above, the Review Petition stands dismissed. No
costs.
