The learned Special Government Pleader in the guise of review seeks to re-argue the entire Writ Appeal. The Writ Appeal was disposed of on 13.04.2023 by us. We had issued a direction to the authorities to consider the application of the respondent herein for compassionate appointment by over-ruling the objection that the application is barred by limitation. This question is sought to be re-agitated now. We do not think we could allow such reagitation in a Review Application.
