Prayer: This petition is filed under Section 50(b) of the Copyright Act, 1957 to expunge the entry being registration No.A-65629-2003 registered on 09.12.2003 registering the first respondent herein as the owner of the copyright of an artistic work being "The New Invented Mild Steel Tube 175 mm outer-dia" or correct the error or defect in the register of copyright which has occurred by making of such entry, by removing such entry from the register.
