Since the claim of the applicant is only with reference to a sum of Rs.42,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Two Lakhs Only) receivable by the respondents, the status-quo shall be maintained with respect to a limited sum of Rs.42,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Two Lakhs Only).
