The applicants/plaintiffs are having the benefit of interim injunction order in O.A.Nos.142 to 146 of 2022 from 18.03.2022 onwards. Pleadings are complete in the main suit and the suit is ripe for trial. No useful purpose will be served at this stage if this Court hears the interlocutory applications viz., O.A.Nos.142 to 146 of 2022. Since the applicants/plaintiffs are having the benefit of an order of interim injunction from 18.03.2022 onwards, the interim injunction granted by this Court on 18.03.2022 is made absolute.
