As directed by this Court in its earlier order dated 05.03.2024, registry has printed the name of the respondent/defendant. Notice in this application has been received by the respondent/defendant, which is recorded by this Court in its order dated 05.03.2024. Till date, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent/defendant. Therefore, the respondent/defendant is set ex-parte by this Court.
2.In view of the interim injunction granted in favour of the applicant/ plaintiff in O.A. Nos.139 and 140 of 2024, the interim injunction is made absolute and O.A. Nos.139 and 140 of 2024 are allowed as prayed for.
3.Similarly,A.No.1066 of 2024, which has been filed seeking to combine the cause of action, is also allowed.
4.Registry is directed to submit a report as to whether the suit summons has been served on the respondent/defendant on the next hearing date.
