S/o.Subramani , who is the detenu, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the 2^nd respondent dated 08.11.2023 slapped on him, branding him as "GOONDA" as contemplated

under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the

order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the petitioner herein dated 08.11.2023 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.7095, Home, Prohibition & Excise (IX) Department, dated 18.12.2023 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
