Prayer:- This suit is filed under Order VII Rule 1 of CPC, Order IV Rule 1 of OS Rules read with Sections 51, 55 and 62 of the Copyright Act, 1957, seeking,
a) perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, by themselves, their men, servants, agents, distributors, stockists, representatives, partners, proprietors, directors or any of them in any manner committing acts of copyright infringement by compiling, editing, printing, publishing, stocking and marketing and/or using GENESIS SUCCESS GUIDE in any manner which is a substantial reproduction of the plaintiff's MAYURA'S III B. Com Solved Series or in any other manner whatsoever;
(b) The defendants be ordered to surrender to plaintiff for destruction of all dies, blocks, moulds, screen prints, books and any other materials which cause or result in infringement of the copyright plaintiff; and literary work of the plaintiff;
(c) preliminary decree be passed against the defendants in favour of the plaintiff directing the defendants to render account of profits made by use of GENESIS SUCCESS GUIDE B.Com final year and final decree be passed in favour of the Plaintiff for the amount of profits thus found to have been made by the defendants after the latter have rendered accounts; and
(d)for the costs of the suit;
