By order dated 17.12.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in HMOP No.1053 of23 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

- The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.1181/2025, dated 04.08.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 17.12.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

- Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 17.12.2024.
