When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the since the attachment batta was not paid, the execution petition in E.P.No.53 of 2017 was dismissed on 25.09.2018 itself and as such nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
