Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the judgment and decree dated 25.03.2024 made in O.S.No.182 of 2007 on the file the District Munsif Court, Sholinghur and to restore O.S.No.182 of 2007 on the file and further direct the trial Court to decide the above case along with O.s.No.92 of 2018, pending before it and to give a common judgment in both suits afresh.
