This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to strike out the
complaint dated May 04, 2022 given under the Domestic Violence Act in
D.V.C.No.51 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing,
Mr.M.Pugazhenthi for Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned Counsel appearing
for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this
Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that
