appearing for the petitioners and Mr.R.Prabu, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submit that both the parties have amicably settled the matter out of the Court and they have filed joint memo of compromise signed by both parties on 24.04.2024 in the presence of their counsels. The learned counsels requested to record the terms of compromise and to close the Civil Revision Petition in the interest of justice.
