Criminal Original Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Cancel the bail granted in Crl.M.P.No.1722/2023 dt 24.04.2023 by the principal Sessions Court Dindigul to the R1 herein and pass necessary orders thereby directing the R2 police to arrest the R1 in Cr.No.172/2023 and to send him to custody.
