2.It is seen that earlier by order dated 22.05.2024, this Court considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3.Considering the nature of allegation which is made, that the defacto complainant is alleging that eventhough the defacto complainant has got a share in the property by taking advantage of a survey number being mentioned in the earlier document, the petitioners are high-handedly selling the property, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

4.Accordingly, interim anticipatory already granted by this Court 22.05.2024 is made absolute. Further, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 p.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
