3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that evidences before the trial Court in C.C.No.159 of 2020 was over. On the side of the Prosecution arguments have also been completed. Now the matter was posted for defence side arguments.
4.At the length of time this petition has been filed, which is absolutely cannot be
entertained. This petition deserves to be dismissed.
5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
