ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the official respondents to recall the look out circular issued against him in Crime No.2 of 2017 on the file the second respondent.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the look out circular was issued in the year 2017 and the same is valid only for one year. Further, he submits that they have not sought for any extension of time also and therefore,the look out circular is not in existence as on date.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
