Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

- 4.Considering the gravity of the offence and if he released on bail
he may tamper the evidence and the case is at the stage of trial. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this
petition is dismissed.
