The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 452, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(1) of IPC in Crime No.36 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.
- The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that, during a prayer meeting at Carmel Prayer House, the petitioners along with other accused scolded Pastor Jayakumar in filthy language. A 15 minute video recording of the assault was taken, and the petitioners along with other accused attacked the devotees with various criminal activities, threatened them and attempted murder. Hence, the complaint.

petitioners are innocent persons and due to a wordy quarrel between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, in order to grab the church and other valuables, they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits
