These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed on the
petitioners by an order dated 03.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.Nos.13341 & 13342 of 2024 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore. One among the sureties of each petitioner should be a Government Surety.
