When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the endorsement and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application with correct crime number.
