petitioner, submitted that the petitioner, along with the other accused, was found to be in illegal possession of 12 bottles of brandy and on checking the same, it was found that some poisonous mixture had been added in it. He further submitted that there are eleven previous cases pending against the petitioner similar in nature.
5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
6.Considering the gravity of offence committed by the accused and that the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
