has commenced in C.C.No.09 of 2023. The petitioner is neither a defacto complainant nor an accused connected with the above criminal case. At this juncture, the petitioner has chosen to with draw the present petitions as well as the petitions filed before the Special Court for PMLA offence, which was returned by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.
