- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for
the respondent submitted that on 26.09.2024, this Court directs the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.309 of 2024. He further submitted that petitioner has complied the order.
- In view of the above submissions, the interim bail granted to
the petitioner by order dated 26.09.2024 is made absolute.
- The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent
police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions
imposed on the petitioner by order dated 26.09.2024 shall remain unaltered.
