The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.10.2020, for the offences punishable under Sections 5(l), 5(m) r/w. Section 6, POCSO Act, in Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
petitioner in an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.10.2020 and incarcerated for the past more than three years. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.
