The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 354, 506(II) of IPC in Crime No.140 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
- The case of the prosecution is that due to consuming alcohol, there was a wordy quarrel, for which, the petitioner along with others attacked the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case He further submits that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Hon'ble Court.
